Internally, the listings management has also become more efficient, with location data for all stores centrally maintained, leading to an average profile completeness of 94 percent.

Additionally, Uberall handles the removal of duplicate entries. So far, over 200 duplicates have been suppressed, leaving only one correct entry per location per directory; which enhances customer trust and improves rankings, as search engines can verify the location data.

Customers can set around 50 different filters to find the right location in their area—not only for opening hours with ‘open locations’, but also for local conditions (e.g. ‘wheelchair accessible’, ‘e-charging station’, ‘toilets for customers’), products (e.g. ‘cheese counter’, ‘bakery’, ‘natural cosmetics’) and services (e.g. ‘cash withdrawal’, ‘bistro outdoor area’, ‘children's play corner’). The practical list and map view allows you to quickly find the right location.

A click on the desired location takes customers to a local landing page where they can find (even) more information about the respective market. Truth be told: BIO COMPANY utilizes this area particularly well with a clean display of NAP data (name, address, phone number), opening hours, description, services and payment methods. The company also links to related web pages about the product range, offers, a customer card, the newsletter, jobs and social media profiles. And to top it all off, customer reviews are also integrated.

As a result, each market has its own optimized landing page, indexed by Google—which means all 61 BIO COMPANY markets appear as distinct search results. That way, they can effectively push competitor entries lower in the rankings.
