Since 2018, Saba has partnered with Uberall to centralize and optimize its online presence using the Listings Management and Review Management tools. By automating updates for car park details, Saba ensures all locations remain accurate and visible across Google, Apple Maps, and other key platforms. On the reputation side, features like AI-powered quick response templates and multi-location review monitoring enable Saba to engage with customer feedback efficiently, saving time while building trust.

Saba’s Marketing teams use Uberall’s Location Hub to update and optimize key information, including operating hours, accessibility features, and amenities. The platform’s bulk editing capabilities and real-time updates ensure every location reflects the most accurate details, improving customer confidence.
  3. Building Trust Through Engagement: Engaging with customer reviews is essential for building loyalty and maintaining a strong reputation. Saba utilizes Uberall’s AI-powered Review Management tools to monitor feedback across multiple platforms. With smart response suggestions, customizable templates, and sentiment analysis, venue managers can quickly address customer concerns, resolve issues, and highlight positive experiences.
