Henkel has partnered with Uberall since 2018, with the aim to enhance the visibility and efficiency of its beauty brands, including the Schwarzkopf Professional brand. By integrating Uberall's Store Locator, Schwarzkopf Professional has significantly streamlined the process of managing salon locations, ensuring accuracy and enhancing user experience across its network.  

Build Your Own Magic

Uberall's Store Locator Editor has given Schwarzkopf Professional complete control over their salon data and map design. Regional managers can now manage the locator through the Plug & Build Your Own option, making changes on the fly without relying on internal developers. This feature not only saves costs but also provides immediate visibility of updates on the front end.

With built-in features, they can effortlessly change fonts, adjust the color of maps and pins, modify the shape of map corners to fit their brand aesthetic, and much more! Additionally, the ""save as favorite"" button allows customers to set a salon as their preferred location, enhancing their return visits with pre-saved information. The results are instant, and changes can be viewed in real time, streamlining the update process and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all locations.

With its convenient plug-and-play widget and flexible layout, the store locator was quickly and seamlessly integrated into Schwarzkopf Professional websites in a variety of languages, with Schwarzkopf’s corporate design incorporated throughout. Salon Location Management with a Single Click

Before adopting Uberall's Store Locator, Schwarzkopf Professional faced challenges with manually updating salon location data across directories and on local pages. They collected all requested changes from their salons on a monthly basis and then manually made all those changes in one big batch. This process was prone to human error and delays.

Now, with the API integration, Schwarzkopf Professional has automated the creation and updating of new salon locations. Salons can register through Schwarzkopf Professional’s internal system forms, and the data—including GPS data, opening hours, services, contact information, and brands—are instantly sent to Uberall. This shift from monthly batching to instant updates has drastically improved efficiency and accuracy.
